At Re-Bath, the nation’s leading bathroom remodeling franchise, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a Sales Appointment Setter who will also serve as our solo Showroom Manager in West Allis.

This role blends phone-based appointment setting with in-person customer engagement, giving you the best of both worlds: meaningful conversations, a beautiful showroom to run, and a direct hand in shaping the customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Appointment Setting & Lead Engagement

You’ll be the first friendly voice customers hear as they begin their remodeling journey. Your talent for turning warm leads into scheduled design consultations keeps our Design Consultants booked and our customers excited.

• Make outbound calls to homeowners ready to revamp their space
• Engage inbound inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Schedule in-home design consultations that feel like a VIP experience
• Keep accurate customer records so every homeowner feels heard
• Follow up with leads, nurture interest, and maximize conversions
• Share info about our services, promotions, and how Re-Bath makes remodeling easy

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You love conversation and aren’t shy about picking up the phone
• You’re persuasive, empathetic, and thrive in fast-paced, goal-driven environments
• You’re a natural rapport-builder and handle objections with ease
• 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is required
• Basic knowledge of remodeling or home improvement is a bonus
• You’re available:
• Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Sat: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
• Days off: Wed & Sun
