At Re-Bath, the nation’s leading bathroom remodeling franchise, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a Sales Appointment Setter to help homeowners discover the magic of a beautifully refreshed bathroom.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the first friendly voice customers hear as they begin their remodeling journey. Your talent for turning warm leads into scheduled design consultations and will keep our expert Design Consultants booked and our customers excited.

• Make outbound calls to homeowners ready to revamp their space
• Engage inbound inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Schedule in-home design consultations that feel like a VIP experience
• Keep accurate customer records so every homeowner feels heard
• Follow up with leads, nurture interest, and maximize conversions
• Share info about our services, promos, and how Re-Bath makes remodeling easy
• Welcome customers in our showroom like old friends and manage the showroom

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You love conversation and aren’t shy about picking up the phone
• You’re persuasive, empathetic, and thrive in fast-paced, goal-driven environments
• You’re a natural rapport-builder and can handle objections with ease
• 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is required.
• You’ve got basic know-how of remodeling or home improvement (bonus!)
• You’re available Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. & Sat 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. (Days off: Wed & Sun)

  Training & Location

• Initial training will be conducted at our main office in Lake Villa, IL

• Your regular work location will be in our West Allis, WI showroom
