Lead Setter – Bathroom Remodeling

Salary: $18 to $21 an hour based on experience

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Lead Setter to join our team and help connect homeowners with our expert bathroom remodeling services. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our Design Consultants.

Re-Bath is the premier bathroom remodeling franchise in the United States. Modern Re-Bath is a family business with years of experience in the Remodeling Industry. Modern Re-Bath is seeking Lead Setter for our growing team.

Summary:

As a Lead Setter you will be instrumental in driving sales and generating leads through effective communication and customer engagement. Your core skills in customer service and sales will enable you to connect with potential customers and set appointments. Utilizing your skills, you will manage outbound calls and follow up on leads. Strong organizational and time management abilities will be essential in contributing to the overall success of our sales team. This position is perfect for individuals who are motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn the ropes of the sales industry.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to homeowners and qualify warm leads
• Respond to inbound inquiries and engage potential customers
• Schedule appointments for Design Consultants to provide in-home consultations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system for our Design Consultant to deliver the best customer experience
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and maximize conversion rates and following up with ran appointments
• Provide basic information about our remodeling services and promotions
• Greet and Assist customers in the showroom

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential clients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of home improvement or remodeling is a plus.
• Must be able to work from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sat 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Days off are Wednesday and Sunday
