Title: Field Marketing Representative
Location: Role promotes at stores Lake Villa, Waukegan & Lake County
Compensation: $18–$21/hr + Benefits + Company Vehicle
Re-Bath is growing fast, and we’re looking for a high-energy Field Marketing Representative to represent our brand in retail stores. This full-time role includes a company vehicle for all work travel, so you can focus on connecting with customers and promoting our brand without worrying about your own transportation.

What You’ll Do
- Travel in our company vehicle to retail stores across Vernon Hills, Waukegan, Lake Villa, Lake Geneva, Racine, Rockford & surrounding areas
- Build strong relationships with store teams
- Share product info and current promotions
- Lead weekly training sessions
- Generate leads and represent Re-Bath with professionalism and warmth
What You Bring
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, sales)
- Strong communication and self-motivation
- Valid driver’s license (vehicle provided)
- Ability to stand/walk for 4–6 hours
