Schedule:

• Tuesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Days off: Sunday and Monday

Re-Bath, a family-owned franchise of the nation’s leading bathroom remodeling brand, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our West Allis showroom. If you're personable, organized, and thrive on helping people, this is your opportunity to play a key role in our customer experience—from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.

You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners and a steady presence throughout their remodeling journey. This role combines front desk support, phone communication, scheduling, and customer care.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism
• Make outbound calls to schedule in-home consultations with prospective clients
• Greet showroom visitors and ensure a welcoming environment
• Provide clear communication about project timelines and next steps
• Handle customer concerns or questions with empathy and follow-through
• Maintain accurate customer records and scheduling in our system
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentation-ready
• Collaborate with our internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Assist with administrative and support tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service, receptionist, or administrative role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional phone presence
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
• Familiarity with computers and scheduling tools (Salesforce a plus)
• Experience in home services, remodeling, or retail is a bonus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a background check
